The architects of OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture) prepared a draft of a 24-floor tower next to the famous sports complex, Madison Square Garden (New York, USA) . The tower will house several apartments along with a swimming pool and gym. The tower is approximately 351 feet high and is to be built by 2010.

Dubai is preparing a new architectural design. Reminiscent of flame burning candles, the 4 four towers will be as high as 54 to 97 floors. The project is designed by architectural bureau Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates.
