You've all seen a [2.0] USB cable before. There has been talk about the 3.0 USB for a while now, but now the specs are officially out. The transfer speeds are 4.8 Gbps and it'll dump a 25GB HD file in about 70 seconds. It is obviously faster but as you see from the picture, the 3.0 USB will have extra pins. We should start seeing USB 3.0 equipped-gadgets around 2010
